Never listened to our concerns my son was constantly screaming his first couple weeks and hardly ever went potty I kept trying to explain i was worried that he had a milk protein allergy never listened to our concerns and labeled him as "colicky" we switched him to soy hes doing better then when we got sick I wanted to schedule a emergency appointment cause he was coughing and sneezing and he suggested a phone call that one of the nurses was going to call how are you able to determine through a phone call you need to check h... read more
Doctors and staff are friendly and professional. However, the phone system needs an overhaul. The numbers don't register when you pick 1 for pediatrician and so forth. Also, is anyone answering phone calls today? Been on hold for over 20 minutes.
Dr. Bowman is truly an amazing doctor. He always LISTENS to my concerns and explains things perfectly so I can understand them. He always answers my questions and always has a great attitude. The nurses have all been very nice and helpful as well as the reception staff. Everyone has always had positive attitudes when I’ve been there. Absolutely love this office and recommend!
