Got a referral to Dr Baker from a fellow dr . They gave me an 800 number. Apparently she is part of the USC /Keck med combine. Called the # got an automated answering system. After mucho waiting a human came on line and asked where I was in the US. Transferred me to another AAS ..more time on hold/ muzak/ etc. No one is home leave a message. All of that took 15 mins. Dr. Baker was knowledgeable, kind, and responsive to all of my questions and concerns about my surgery. The surgery itself is still healing, but I am very happy with both the results so far. I have also been extremely satisfied with all follow up communication with the office. They typically respond within a matter of hours, even once to an e-mail that was sent on Friday night after 6pm on a holiday weekend. I have never had such responsive service from a medical provider, and it has made the process much easier.
Facial and eyes are done. Must be done again. The eyes are done still have issue. Facial waiting to be done again, too much waiting and cancelling my appointments.
Very caring and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Baker was easy to talk to and he/her staff were always willing to take the time to address all of my concerns surrounding my surgery.
NO GOOD ! Just talks "OVER" patients... Doesn't listen = just talks. Dr. Regina Baker "knows every- thing" already. Can't believe Dr. Baker would have a "staff" a poor as this. NOT TRUST- WORTHY AT ALL. I feel sorry for any patient !!!.

I had DIEP flap reconstruction with tummy tuck done by dr. Regina Baker. It was very complicated surgery and micro surgery, and not that many doctor's are qualified to perform it. Dr Baker did excellent job with reconstruction and tummy tuck. Very happy with results.
