I cant even leave 1 Star 3 out of 3 visits we waited over 1 hr for her. 3 appt I made was her first for the day, Noon. We arrived 10 min early and waited til 12:20 and was put in a room. The No personality resceptionist told us Dr was still at Hospital and will be there in a little while. !:00 she finally walked in. My anxiety was soo high at this point I couldn't even concentrate on the appt. for my Dad. I told her how I felt,( respected, angry, and told her it was unethical to make ppl wait. She had no remorse orconcern. S... read more

Do not go to this Neurologist. She knows nothing about neurology. She cares more about her hair style then her patients. I waited in her patient room too many times too many times without any positive results.

Do NOT go to this doctor. She is incompetent and didn't know the difference between myasthenia gravis, diabetic neuropathy and fibromyalgia. Completely missed the MG and walked out on me as I was asking a question at my last visit. Arrogant, rude and a terrible doctor. Her office staff is not much better.

Doctor Bielkus just does not listen to her patients. She is dismissive and rude, and does not bother to answer questions.

My wife has been a patient of this Dr. for several years for MS and I have gone with my wife for a couple of appointments. One time, I asked about symptoms that I have seen and the Dr.'s comment was, "I haven't seen those" and continued the brief exam while being rude to both of us. She is far more rude than the British TV character, Doc Martin. Even though my wife's MS has progressed, the Dr. has not ordered new tests for several years. I have tried to encourage my wife to let me find a better doctor but she resisted. This ... read more

Had my first seizure at age 60. Had EEG,MRI,MRA and nothing was found. She put me on meds to control the seizures. A month later I had another seizure, went in to see her and as usual had to wait becuase she double and sometimes triple books patients. She spent a few minutes with me and upped my meds. I always feel as though she is rushed and does not come across as caring. Had a third seizure and called to speak with her. I asked to have her call me. This Dr. won't even take the time to call me back. When dealing with a ser... read more

Iwaited over 2hrs to see her. Prior to my visit she requested a new MRI and I was advised that she doesn't look at films, only reports, which is unusual for a neuro. While I was waiting 2 other pts. complained about the wait and left. When I did get in, i received the briefest exam ever and was informed there was nothing wrong with me, despite record showing white matter in my brain, clear cervical lesions[still present] gait abnormalities, and Transverse Myelitis{recurrant] and still ongoing. Between the rudeness of office s... read more

I saw Dr. Bielkus for a test for carpel tunner. She was prompt, I did not wait long, and she did the test wonderful. I had heard the test was painful, but I had little discomfort. I would recommend her to my friends.
