Dr. Jacob is an exceptional physician. Her staff is friendly and helpful. She takes time with you and never rushes you. I have been going to her for many years. Most recently I saw her for a constant pain in my back. She examined me and really listened to me. She sent me for tests and because of her knowledge, compassion and really hearing me, my timely diagnosis was made. If you do have to wait, it’s because she spent much needed time with the patient before you. And if needed will do the same for you one day.
Why does it take almost a week to confirm whether Dr. Jacob is within my network? Why does the receptionist keep saying she will get back to me. Get back to me when? Why does she sound so confused every time she answers and has to take my name. It's incredibly unprofessional. I am sure Dr. Jacob is lovely and a great doctor but her staff lacks the urgency for medical help.
Dr. Jacob is a very caring and concerned doctor. Her nurse and staff are very professional and work well with the patients. Wonderful office and employees.
Very unprofessional staff. Rude and claimed not to take walk-ins even though some prior came in as a walk-in and was seen. Nurse Nita talking about patients by name and about their medical issues where everyone could here, which is a HIPAA violation. In the words of Nurse Nita "I don't care" Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Dr Jacob listens and cares, doesn't just rush to medications until they're really needed. In recent years the wait time got much better as well!
