It started first with a phone call which was nothing but accommodating. I was cautiously impressed & surprised that 4 days later I would be seen! From the moment I entered the office until I left it was nothing but a positive experience. Dr Hayden spent time with me & made me feel like I was her only patient (although she had several). Dr. Hayden and her staff are incredible. I went in as a new patient based on a referral from a family member and was immensely impressed. They remembered my family member and knew who I was as soon as I walked in. It felt like the family dentist I grew up with. It was also extremely convenient. They were able to book me for 1 appointment for a new patient visit, rather than making me schedule 2 different appointments like many other dentists I've been to. All of the staff at Dr. Hayden's were welcoming and professional. I generally don't like to go to the dentist. but all of them, including Dr. Hayden, made the visit pleasant. Dr. Hayden took time to discuss my pain and symptoms and then also took more time after my x-rays to discuss a plan of action and steps that I could take to feel better right away. I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone!
My old dentist retired and I have shopped a couple of practices. I finally found a dentist and staff that made me comfortable, was professional, and took my insurance. Everyone I have dealt with has been great to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Hayden's hygienist, Devin, is very thorough, gentle, and kind. She always makes me feel at ease and gives all the details of what is happening in my mouth! Dr. Hayden and her entire staff are very caring and professional.I highly recommend their office.
I have yet to have a bad experience with Dr. Hayden or her team. Everybody wants to ensure you get all the support you need to stay healthy. And, they will work with you to ensure the work you need is affordable. I always feel everybody on the team knows me and is genuinely interested in what is happening in my life. I wholeheartedly recommend Rebecca to anybody who wants an excellent dentist with a great chair side manner.
I'm a new patient to Dr. Hayden's practice and I admit I have far more than the normal amount of dental anxiety, it's a straight up phobia. Everyone I've met at the office has been wonderful, patient and compassionate, reassuring me and helping me figure out how to manage my phobia while providing needed care. I certainly recommend them to anyone with dental anxiety or phobia.
Dr. Hayden and her staff were outstanding and the only dentist I would personally recommend to friends and family. I don't say that lightly! Having been to other dentists, you will notice the difference immediately! Dr. Hayden and her staff were extremely friendly, attentive and professional from the second you walk in the door. They are exactly what you are looking for in a Dentist.
