Love the staff at Dr. Hayden's practice!!
Our family has been with the same dentist since my husband and I were married - 37 years...since our dentist's retirement, finding a new dentist that we trust and have the same confort level has been our goal. Dr. Hayden and her staff put us at ease when we walked through the door. The skill and gentleness of all the staff was comforting. Great visit today. Everyone worked hard to help me understand their diagnosis for me and treatment options. I particularly appreciated being able to see photographs of areas of my mouth where treatment issues were identified.
Every experience with Rebecca and her staff reinforces that they genuinely care about your overall health and well being. If you are looking for impersonal service, then look elsewhere. If you want to be treated as a person, then this Practise is right for you.
On yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rebecca W.Hayden formally for the first time for a dental consult. I had previously been a patient of Dr. Ancona, who has recently retired. Dr. Hayden was thorough, knowledgeable and most of all she has a kind spirit and for me that was the most important thing. I look forward to moving forward with Dr. Hayden and her dedicated staff for my complete dental health. I would definitely refer her to anyone looking for a great dentist.
First half of a crown replacement. Dr. & asst. both efficient and friendly. Offered better ideas for Valentine's Day (better than Long John Silvers).
I got a permanent crown placed by Dr Hayden and with the help of Manda. They were so great and gentle. I love their work and my new tooth :)
I was very impressed with the promptness and courtesy shown me, especially with an emergency appointment. She took the time to listen to my particular problem with numbing medications.
