Very good with all ages. Both of my kids had her for braces and each visit was pleasant and positive. Scheduling is very flexible as well.
Dr Bolon is one of the most pleasant upbeat orthodontists around town. I would recommend her to anyone. She is great with kids and adults. She always takes the time to explain procedure. Dr Bolon treats patients as individuals, she knows their records and there faces.
The entire staff is great. I feel comfortable every time I have an appointment. I think they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The have been consistently awesome. I have recommended several people to her. (I don't know if they have made an appointment). Highly recommended
Treatment for TMJ. Insurance paid the tab, but the cost looked to be about the same as when my 4 children were in braces several years ago. EVERYONE is friendly; you feel like a friend instead of a patient. I felt that I was in good hands, as everyone is knowledgeable and explains what they are doing and why. More important, they actually listen when you have a problem and try to solve the problem. They are ALWAYS ON TIME. (Don't plan on reading any of the many and diverse magazines in the waiting room.)
My daugher was referred to Dr. Bolons office and I must say this has been the BEST experience by far. My daughter loves the staff, she loves the idea of being able to pick out different color rubber bands each time. The staff works with me when scheduling my next appointment, they always try to be accomodating. Dr. Bolon explains EVERYTHING!!!! If I have had any questions about something that was done on my daugher Dr. Bolon is more than eager to explain WHY she did something and the results she expects to get from doing it.... read more
We've been going to Dr. Bolon for 9 years and between all my kids, had 6 sets of braces. She and her staff are WONDERFUL. She doesn't do procedures that don't need to be done and she takes into consideration the patients' and parents' viewpoint. Very professional, very friendly, absolutely the best. mriley
As often as you go to the orthodontist (once a month), it's a good thing to love it. Dr. Bolon & her staff are AWESOME!!! They are VERY prompt (only once have I waited more than 5 minutes in the 2 years - 24 appts - that I've been going). Dr. Bolon is SO patient in answering questions and explaining why something is being done. The staff is also great - so polite & friendly & helpful!
My daughter is only six years old and was terrified to have impressions made of her mouth. Dr. Bolon's staff explained the procedure in terms she could understand, held her hand, allowed me to reassure my little one, and gave her a "high five" for being brave! My daughter looks forward to her appointments, and I have to say I'm very pleased with the payment arrangements. Dr. Bolon's assistants are fantastic and Dr. Bolon herself is incredibly understanding. I'm very happy to have found her practice!
