I've had migraines for 33+ years and have had excellent Neurologists over the years that have since retired. I've been a patient with Dr. Jones for about two years and she is very knowledgeable, pleasant, empathetic and, stays up-to-date with the latest treatments and medications. She takes the time to listen then discuss the best and current treatment options with me. I never feel rushed. I have recommended Dr. Jones to others and will continue to do so.
I moved back to az about 4yr. I had to put together a med team for my injury. We'll long story a little shorter. It all stared with Dr Jones from the min she walked and introduced her self to me I had a good feeling about her.she sat me down and started on her white board and put together the plan we would follow. During both visits with Dr. Jones, I found her to be patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in making a diagnosis and offering possible solutions.
Very kind and knowledgeable Shows kindness and seems to really care. She addressed all my concerns and recommended follow up tests. I would highly recommend her
Flippant disregard for information patient was trying to impart to the doctor. Gp sent message asking for Dr Jones help in determining why patient has had a headache for two months straight. Requested Dr Jones order a blood vessel scan. Dr Jones replied 'I'm not doing that. Tell him to do it himself.' Dr Jones then prescribed medication that has already been tried. Horrible, cold woman who didn't seem to care. I would only recommend her to my worse enemies. Maybe not even them.
I made appointments with her and her staff to evaluate my mother's memory issues. We got to the followup appointments, but at the first appointment we were told a message was left to reschedule. Never received a call. Asked to get all info the following day and was told both appointments needed to be rescheduled. Angered me and my mother. Then got a bill in July that we owed money for april, may, and june visits that we were never made aware of. Communication is terrible. Don't know where the ball dropped but not happy.
PCP referred me here. Made appointment. They confirmed 1 day before appointment. Arrived 40 minutes early to appointment. Staff rudely informs me they've cancelled my appointment. Terrible experience and waste of my time.
