Incredibly attentive, waits for you to speak before answering. Considers your concerns and goals, while meaningfully sharing her own wealth of knowledge to parallel your needs. I've had experiences with plenty of great doctors (and mediocre ones). Dr. Nickell is at the top of my sparse list and one I will strive to keep.
