Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
