Had the usual surprise bill experience 2x. Went for a preventive consultation and was charged, then went to get an UID which again should be free as is birth control but was charged for the consultation (as if I could just get the device and do it myself). I tried contacting the doctor and her office and no one could help me, the insurance said it wasn't billed as preventive, and her office was not helpful at all, I could never get ahold of her. Dr. Rebecca Sandoval delivered my baby girl at Scripps Mercy 5 years ago, and she was by far the best doctor I've ever had. Shes so great I am looking for her online in the hopes she would've moved from CA to NV lol Im having my 2nd baby and wanted my wonderful doctor again. Dr. Rebecca is very caring, patient and knowledgeable. She even treated me for a condition I had after pregnancy called PUPPS (I think thats how the word spells, not so sure). I highly recommend Dr. Sandoval! She was my doctor throughout most of my pregnancy, and helped deliver our beautiful healthy baby boy! I'll never forget how she meticulously and carefully made sure that my baby and I were as healthy as possible for each and every visit. She was SO friendly, professional, thorough, and just such a wonderful doctor! I'll be following her to wherever she is if we have a second child! Forever grateful to Dr. Sandoval!
