They charged me for two missed appointments.First they call u a week before the appointment then no kind of follow up app. I totally forgot about my appointment and they charged me 35 dollars. I won't be back and if that's the case let people know.

Everyone at the office seems unconcerned about treating patients. Response time for anything is horrible. Tests were ordered and the nurse practitioner and staff took a month before scheduling them and that was only after I had to call to ask why it was not scheduled yet. The doctor and nurse practitioner do not respond to messages and calls for days or weeks even when urgent.
