i didn't want to believe on the reviews posted but i have experienced it myself. honestly, i don't mind waiting if only the staff were professional and nice. Apparently, the staff don't really care if they lose clients. I really feel bad for dr. nicholl. I really want to be your client but with staff like that?! no thanks!
Awesome doctor and nurses in the back very attentive, friendly & professional! Front staff was nice except for one male staff, he kept complaining loud to another staff and saying bad words, very unprofessional!
Longest wait times... no appointments. The Latina lady in the front is the worst to deal with ever. Totally unprofessional. Go somewhere else! Doctor is good but his staff in the front are horrible.
Longest wait time of my life . I had to give 1 star to write a review or I would of given them a 0 .The office is dirty and very unclearn , employees are unattentive and playing on there phones most of the time . I came in just so they could get me to a specialist and was there over 4 hours . If it's going to take this long just let us know please . please stay away from this place unless you want to plan to be there for your entire day . This place is worse than the DMV
Lost my records, refuses to respond to the pharmacy for my meds, not a good place at all. The wait for my initial visit was around six hours, and they never call me back. Changing Doctors now...
