This guy is a scammer. I say this, because it took him 5 hours to be attended to and I felt like I was pushed toward the end of the line, because I didn’t speak Spanish and am Asian. He read my sons X-rays and said I had to pay in cash if I wanted to see it and have it in my hand. I said no, but he never showed me the X-ray and he also never sent it to my sons doctor!!!!! He definitely billed my insurance though. He also does not listen to anything and talks and blabs on about what he wants to talk about and cuts me off! So ... read more

How is this place running without phones working, i visited and i see them using and making phone calls? Tell me if this is right to us who have to visit the clinic from a far away place to find out some information that will only take a few minutes over the phone? I will start visiting to find out who long this phone issue will be resolved because this is unfair to us and to those who need medical advice/assistance, especially the elder who can’t walk or Drive.

Worst doctor ever! First and foremost, it took 5 hours to be attended and once inside Dr. Menchaca took less than 2 minutes to NOT listen and prescribed medicine that can be harmful (READ THE CHARTS). I'm going to the board. Tired that people with medical have to suffer tremendously. Advice, make appointments and treat your patients like patients NOT like animals.
