Horrible experience! 1st he reduced med I've, been on,for 20 yrs w/ no problems even w/ sleep med. W/O telling me. Impossible to get a hold of even by med,assistant. Had televisit w/ nurse nurse practioner, looked like in PJ's & hadn't combed hair I shower and put on make up for televisit (I consider professional).Never made eye contact during 1st visit. My husband & I laughed all way down hallway reading hx & physical. We were in rm when typed but most not me.
