Big fan of this dentist office! They are helpful, professional and very friendly. Serena is an incredible hygienist— always makes me feel comfortable and is great to chat with.
I’ve been seeing Mary Jo for a couple of years now, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, something that isn’t always easy when it comes to dental visits. Whenever I go here i am told how clean my teeth are. But then somehow the routine cleanings always get broken into two appointments. After they clean for about 45 minutes they say they need to book me in for another appointment a couple weeks away to "finish up", then suggest I come back in 3 months for my next one after that. I thought this was strange, so I got a couple other opinions from different dentists who have implied this is shady business practices. Will not be returning.
A great team of patient, understanding people who help you and explain things to you . I would definitely reccomend this place. Great care, with a personal touch from all the staff.
I was scammed by this place. I went to their office when I was a newcomer in 2021 and financially struggling. I was charged $500 for scans but never received any actual treatment. My appointments were repeatedly postponed while I was in pain. To be honest my case seemed more complex than what doctor Chow was comfortable handling. After months of zero progress, I requested a refund. They said it would only be possible if I signed an agreement, which I declined. It’s now 2026 and the issue was never resolved or money refunded.
