I have been a patient of Dr. Ram for 10+years and saw him only twice. However, his PA's that I have seen are wonderful and very professional, competent. I am very satisfied that I selected this as my PCP.
Dr. Ram, as he likes to be called, is a very caring doctor. He gives you plenty of time to ask questions which causes you to wait an hour or so to see him but he's worth it. He has a wonderful sense of humor, and in the 6 months I've been going to him, I've only seen a PA once. I knew I would be, I made the appointment with the PA because Dr. Ram had no openings. I had been a patient of this office for 15 years. During that time, I never saw Dr. Ram, only his Physicians Assistants. He dropped my insurance company at least 3-4 times only to start using them again. Which always left my family hanging. Seems odd to me, his love/hate relationship with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Finally gave up on this office and looked for a new doctor.
