I have been seeing Dr. Kakar for about half a year and the experience has been great. First of all, the staff is always friendly and just simply put noce people. Humayra and Kabir, you honestly make my day! They will try their best to accommodate your preffered times and days, as well as will remind you through several mediums which is totally a game changer with my diagnosis. I bet the doctor is great, but Ill never know. Rating is for the secretary who had *just* called me now. Apparently I missed a call on June 3rd, no VM was left - and when I answered today and let them know I am seeing a different psychiatrist due to the prolonged wait for call, the secretary said with attitude "its because I called you so many times and you are just answering". Which is a lie as they only called twice. A simple "okay, have a good day" would have suffice. Your number isnt caller ID nor was a VM left - very un... read more
