Very satisfied with Dr. Bosio and his staff. The diagnosis, preparations, and surgery (bowel resection), as well as the post-op care, were all done with great skill in a professional and compassionate manner. Would definitely recommend him to others.
Dr. Bosio did a great job explaining what he was going to do, and what to expect afterwards. In my case the 4-6 week recovery was only 3 weeks. He told me what to do to help with the recovery process, and I followed it.
Dr. Bosio is an excellent surgeon and very personable. For my diagnosis and treatment, he always explained everything in detail, and always answered all of my questions and concerns. He never seemed troubled or annoyed with any of my questions. He was totally open and friendly (as were all of his staff). Following my major surgery, his follow-up appointments were also excellent. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Bosio was very patient and thorough when explaining why I was so sick (I was referred to him after an emergency hospital stay) and why I needed surgery--even after I came back with my dad in tow so he could understand it, too. We are all grateful for Dr. Bosio, I wouldn't be here without him. His nurses and staff are all just as kind and thoughtful--they made the stress and scariness of surgery as smooth as it could possibly be.

My hubby was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in Sept 2016 referred to Dr. Bosio & team. From day 1, meeting him he had a plan, explained each step so we could understand and answered our questions. If we asked a question he would get us an answer. My husband went through a 10 hour surgery 5 weeks ago and because of Dr. Bosio' s amazing talent as a surgeon my hubby is doing amazing w/o Cancer! Dr. Bosio & the team are awesome and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Thank you for giving us our lives back!
I am very happy I was referred to Dr. Bosio. He made sure I understood what he was going to do before surgery. After my surgery he has kept in touch with my regular doctor for my chrones disease to help with my treatment after I was healed from my surgery.
