Always good! Caring people. Make you feel as family.
Waiting room is tiny and uncomfortable, and appointments are never on time although if you are even 15 minutes late they will cancel your appt so that you cannot be seen or to force you into waiting so that insurance company can be billed as urgent care which costs more. Receptionist is unpersonable and seems bothered by assisting patients. The physicians assistant is super nice, but dr Ayala can be abrasive- overall, I wouldn't reccomend
Never Again.....repeat... Never Again. WITH an appointment, sat two hours...45 minutes in a room before anyone even looked in to see if I was alive. If I had not been so sick I would have left. This review is written by a retired police officer of 26 years. I am not a complainer!!!! Find another clinic if you can't get into your PCP!!!
I see a review from Aug 2013. This must have been a relative of the office personel!! This place is horrible if you are used to finding a decent Dr office. This is set up for unisured people and those who dont speak english. 10 years of military, and i get 3 "perscriptions" for OTC items like pedialyte and tylenol EX strength. well.... thanks Doc. didnt need to spend my money here to be able to go to my medecine cabinet as i was already doing for the week prior!
