He just checked my husband reflexes in a hospital, and he told my husband just old and he has elderly dementia, we have to deal with that... My husband 1 month ago was able to drive home 800 miles without any problem... but something happened with him and since than we do not have any answer about his problem. AVOID this doctor... just awful how was he acting...
The sad part is that this doctor is an amazing however the staff is causing them to lose patients. I am being told that they have 1 appointment but then when they cannot verify the secondary because the office coordinator cannot take a simple number, she then tells me that that appointment date is no longer available. Then when I ask to speak to the office manager, she leaves me on hold for another 20 minutes. I hang up and call again, and when she answers, she then tells me the office manager is not in anymore. Dr. Gopalaswamy is just amazing! He really cares, listens, is so thorough and followed up immediately with referrals to help me daughter with her situation. I could not ask for more from a doctor.
Doctor G has been my doctor for almost 7 years has never rushed me always answers my questions and does not sugar coat what your issues are but always has a game plan set in place will return all your phone calls no matter day or night treats you like family always goes beyond what protocol requires for your your best needs
My husband and I met Dr. Sergay at Memorial Hospital. We continued to see him after my husband left the hospital. He was kind, compassionate and caring. He was a good listener. I took my mother to see him when she was visiting me because I noticed a decline in her memory. Dr. Sergay told us that it’s possible a medicine she was taking might be the problem. My mom asked her doctor if he could prescribe an alternate medicine and her memory improved. I believe Dr. Sergay is an excellent doctor.
Dr Marcos is a fine person. The challenge is his office staff. The office manager is professional when you are able to contact her. However, if you deal with anyone else get ready for a rude and inconsiderate awakening - the rudest interaction I have ever had with a physician’s staff. Dr Marcos should care about this and clean staff because this will lose him clientele and otherwise destroy the patient experience.
The Dr might be great, I don’t know because did not meet him, however the office staff is horrible. I made an appointment for my 88 yr old mother for 12/10 at noon, I tried calling in the morning to verify the appointment, no answer, I tried calling a few more times still no answer, finally I arrived at the location at 11:20 called several more times and would get the answering service , finally went up to the office on the 4th floor to be told that the doctor had an emergency and could not come(which I can understand, every... read more
