Very thorough doctor. Explains everything to understand easily. Listens to what I have to say. Very very knowledgeable about all illnesses and I have plenty. One of the best primary physicians I ever had. One of the best!
The most incredibly rude and unprofessional doctor I have ever had. Did not review my chart before I arrived, didn’t even realize I had been there the prior year. I told her who I met with before and she said that was a different practice, I informed her he worked there. I think that get her very upset, after a few more questions and a lot of eye rolling told me in her 24 years she had never had such trouble getting a patient to answer simple questions. Dr Volney is one of the most professional and caring physicians I’ve ever worked with. She really cares about her patients and takes immediate actions to help them get better. I’m very fortunate to have her as my doctor.
She's is super down to earth, very caring and she listens. She asks all right questions and no matter the situation works with me/you to resolve any issue. She's so easy to talk to and has the best sense of humor. She's undeniably a people person. She truly cares for her patience. I’ve been seeing Dr. Raquel Volney for several years now and she is the most caring doctor I’ve ever had. She takes the time to listen to you and is very thorough. I can’t say enough about this amazing person and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor.
