If I could give this a zero star rating I would. The worst experience I've ever had in a Dr office was at this office. I was 4 days postpartum and on a whim we picked this pediatrician office off of a list of pediatricians in our area. I hoped for the best but left in tears not only was I shamed and basically called a horrible Mother for questioning the office vaccine schedule/what was administered vaccine wise he also made me cry and then mocked and belittled me for crying. My first experience with Dr. NG was good, seemed to take time to listen to my concerns (which was about my son possibly having ADHD). He instructed me to change his diet and sleeping patterns, I did. I addressed my sons Asthma and possible allergies, he then wrote me prescriptions great. my son got sick and I had to take him to the ER due to him having fever and his wheezing sounding bad, he had a respiratory infection that led to bronchitis etc. I scheduled an appointment to have him checked after our visit, as we were insi... read more

This experience was extremely disappointing. We initially saw Dr. NG when we first moved here and were impressed by his care and attentiveness. However, the second visit was drastically different. My son had his 18-month checkup and, as he can be shy and upset around strangers, he was already distressed after the nurse’s assessment. When Dr. NG entered, he seemed overly concerned about my son's crying and immediately focused on the Autism screening checklist we had just filled out. The receptionists and nurses have always been friendly and helpful, however I do not feel like Dr. NG likes small children. My toddler was cranky due to being sick and Dr. NG was visibly frustrated by their cries and whines. After the fourth whimper I was instructed that my child was “out of control” and needed to be disciplined. He then suggested I set them on my lap at home and bear hug them for several minutes and only let go once they are tired from crying/trying to break free, then instruct them not to do xyz again.
