Great doctor and practice. Honest and forthcoming, requires his patients to follow obvious health guidelines.
The doctor is exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in his pediatric care. He offers genuinely helpful advice and takes his time during each examination. My wife and I are so glad we met him, and we feel completely confident knowing our son is being cared for by Dr. NG.
Dr. Ng has been the trusted pediatrician for my two children, now 19 and 11, since birth. He is incredibly attentive, patient, and always takes the time to thoroughly discuss any concerns we have. His care and dedication truly stand out. I also can’t say enough great things about his office staff—they are just as kind and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Ng—10/10!
If I could give this a zero star rating I would. The worst experience I've ever had in a Dr office was at this office. I was 4 days postpartum and on a whim we picked this pediatrician office off of a list of pediatricians in our area. I hoped for the best but left in tears not only was I shamed and basically called a horrible Mother for questioning the office vaccine schedule/what was administered vaccine wise he also made me cry and then mocked and belittled me for crying.
