I had TKR on 2022 by Dr Rizek Randy Orthopaedic, for those years I never had a single pain or discomfort, he did amazing work on my knee. I’m going to do the other knee surgery too.Thank you.
I can honestly not say how truly amazing my experience has been with Dr. Rizek! His receptionist was truly amazing and so helpful! Dr. Rizek was compassionate, kind and explained everything that was happening. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for making a very awful situation so much better!

Very disappointing experience with the front desk. I called regarding a physiotherapy referral that was sent to the wrong clinic and wanted to have it redirected to a clinic closer to my address. The staff member was very rude, spoke over me, yelled while I was updating my address, and then disconnected the call. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I expected much better from a medical office.
