Dr. Rizek is an excellent orthopaedic surgeons...I had 2 knee replacements and did not wait long for either one...I found him to be very professional ...experienced and helpful. Pam R.

There’s a cold air about Dr.Rizek! He will just do the bare minimum and makes it clear he doesn’t not want to be entangled in any of your affairs when not prompt! The receptionist is extremely rude and dismissive like all the other reviews mentioned! She is also extremely disorganized forgetting that you’ve paid for some documentations and just been unprofessional in general.

I just called to get information for my mom who was referred months ago. They had left a message so I was calling back. The person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive and all I was asking was how the appointments work. She ended up saying call me back, I'm with a patient and HUNG UP!!!

Worst service, When you asked them to postpone the surgery the lady at the front desk won't even let you see the doctor and just cancels your surgery. And is very rude and loud about it. At least Doctor should have 5 mins out of 14 days to meet the patient and discuss the case. This was very unprofessional conduct and offensive as a needing patient.
