if i could give 0 stars i would the receptionist is horrible she’ll never pick up the phone and she’ll never respond to any messages why do we have to call multiple times over the course of months just for her to tell us that we now need a xray appointment when we’ve already done an MRI very unprofessional and not on top of things, she’s eating everyone’s time

Dr. Rizek is an excellent orthopaedic surgeons...I had 2 knee replacements and did not wait long for either one...I found him to be very professional ...experienced and helpful. Pam R.

There’s a cold air about Dr.Rizek! He will just do the bare minimum and makes it clear he doesn’t not want to be entangled in any of your affairs when not prompt! The receptionist is extremely rude and dismissive like all the other reviews mentioned! She is also extremely disorganized forgetting that you’ve paid for some documentations and just been unprofessional in general.

I just called to get information for my mom who was referred months ago. They had left a message so I was calling back. The person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive and all I was asking was how the appointments work. She ended up saying call me back, I'm with a patient and HUNG UP!!!
