Been going to Dr Randy Eisenhut for 11 years. We had one problem with one form, and he dismissed us not only from his practice but all doctors within PriMed physicians…in reading other recent reviews this is not the first time he has done this…another patient missed one appointment and he dismissed them. Any parent with kids (which is literally 100% of his client base) deals with the stresses of juggling appointments and paperwork daily…Dr Eisenhut and his staff, as of recently, do not want to show any grace towards the fami... read more
This was the worst Pediatric experience. He was rude and had horrible bedside manner. He was very rough with my child and had no sympathy toward my concerns. He left the room in a hurry and was very cold with me and my child. I would NOT recommend this doctor at all.
One star is too much for this doctor. He is rude and condescending. I feel as if I always have to be on the defense in his presence. He lacks empathy and is not nurturing towards children. He walks in the room, stares down at his paper and checks off his boxes. He does not actually care about me or my child. He dismisses my concerns. He was way too rough with my infant for my comfort. He does not answer questions thoroughly, and when he does answer them he throws a bunch of big medical terminology at you instead of speaking ... read more
Dr. Eisenhunt didn't advocate for my son getting tubes in his ears. After five ear infections, he said people jump too quickly in getting tubes in kid's ears. After disregarding his comment, I had tubes put in my son's ears by a specialist at Children's that was phenomenal! At my son's four-year checkup, Dr. Eisenhunt didn't inquire how my son was doing or acknowledge the procedure for tubes. My son's speech and hearing have drastically improved since his tubal surgery.
Dr. Eisenhut is a great doctor. He treats my daughters with respect and gets down to their level. He chases down problems when I’m concerned and always makes me feel like we’re taking the right course of action for my kids.
Dr Eisenhut is wonderful dealing with teenagers. He takes the time to talk to them on friendly terms. My daughter enjoys seeing him and I feel he gives great care. He explains things well and helps engage them in their on health care.
Dr. Eisenhut was recomened to me when I had my first son in 2006. He has always spent great time explaining any questions we may have had, as well as remembering us and past situations. We have just had another baby and have decided to take him there as well. Experiences haven't changed. We are happy to call him our children's primary care physician.
Dr. spent 5 minutes with my son. Poor bedside manner. Didn't feel like he was thorough at all. Will be looking for a new doctor to get some answers.
My 3 boys have been patients for over 10 years. Dr. Eisenhut is knowledgeable, caring and professional. Such a positive role model for my boy!
