Dr. Anderson is thorough and answered all of my questions. He took the time to listen and give me solutions to my aching feet. The new office is bright and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
During my visit to Dr Anderson, he was wearing a cotton (non medical grade) mask, covering his mouth but not his nose. I told him I have COPD and am considered high risk for COVID and asked him to pull the mask up. He did so, but it fit so loosely on his face that it slipped down repeatedly. I reported him to the health department. I will not be returning to his office.
I was very disappointed with my encounters with Dr. Anderson. He made his diagnosis without examining my foot. As he summarized his thoughts I asked that he test for Morton's neuroma. It appears I have one, so orthotics were made. I've had orthotics for this in the past that were very helpful, unfortunately the ones he made provide no benefit. I came away feeling he was completely indifferent to my foot misery...so disappointing and such a waste of money. Cannot recommend him.
He shared options and pros and cons. He was clearly not knife happy and steered me away from surgery with less invasive options. He also listened to me!
