The procedure was quick and the doctor was very helpful and professional.
I didn’t exactly know what I was going in for just that I was supposed to follow up on a prior ultrasound It was nice to figure it out together. His resident doctor was also very personable. Dr. Fong‘s attitude toward surgery is the same as mine. It is a last resort once you have a good idea of the diagnosis and options. He did a great job explaining to me, what the implications could be and what the treatment plan would be as well as how reliable the lab methods can be. Very helpful and quick initial visit to resolve issue
Dr Fong was a very considerate doctor. He listened to my descriptions and asked questions. He was patient with my rambling answers. He was thorough in his inspection of my nose and throat. I felt comfortable with him. I also felt that he explained what he was going to be doing before doing it and showed respect and concern for my feelings and fears. My time was well spent and my experience was positive.
Office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Fong was very thorough and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him!
