Dr. Fong is very friendly, the whole staff is. I felt at home and relaxed in the office. At the time I went in, Dr. Fong knew what was going on with me and was able to explain what would happen during my next visit. It's nice to be treated like a person, not a number.
Dr. Fong listens to what you have to say and has good feedback. He explains things thoroughly.
Appreciate Docs caring manner and always taking care of my ear and hearing needs.
Dr Fong looked at my ear and then spent time to evaluate if there were any secondary issues that could effect my ear. He took the time to immediately address my ear issue. There will need healing, but thanks Dr Fong.
Dr. Fong checked glands, mouth and throat for swellings or lumps. Then we discussed my ear sores. He was very thorough. Then I went to have my hearing tested. Afterwords Dr. Fong explained the test and made suggestions for hearing aides. He made a copy of the prescription so I could take it any where I wanted to buy hearing aids. There was absolutely no pressure, in fact it was hardly mentioned that they sold hearing aids. He did mention that most patients got their hearing aids from Costco.
He explained everything very well I understood what was going on with my hearing, and told me the options that might improve my hearing.
