This is a Family doctors and immigration office. They don't take walk-ins. Appointment only. A doctor who cares and understands. The government guideline only allows a few minutes per patient but some people do require more time or talk too much during their visit which in turn makes you wait longer. So yeah you might have to wait a bit. I have no complaints
We had a medical examination at Dr. Lee's office last week. Everything went really well. Receptionist/ admin was very helpfull arranging all required documents and set up the exam. Dr. Lee was extraordinary. He provided very detailed information and answers to our enquiry as well as gudied as throght the process. Thanks to Dr.Lee for all help. Much appriciated!!
Extremely rude receptionist - not willing to assist and used a condescending and disrespectful tone. Cut me off multiple times when looking for some assistance, and started yelling at me. VERY unprofessional, and would not recommend.
I visited Dr. Randall Lee to get the physical for the US immigration panel physician. My appointment was at 9AM and after submitting the necessary paperwork at the front (interview letter, vaccine records, passport) I was seen by the Doctor at about 9:40 AM. Appointment itself was pretty quick prob around 15 min or so, just some questions about medical history - conditions, medications, previous surgeries etc, then measuring height, weight and check of blood pressure and heart. I recently visited the clinic for my immigration medical exam, and had a great experience. Dr. Randall Lee was professional, thorough, and very reassuring throughout the process. Staff member Abby was also incredibly kind and helpful. she made everything smooth and stress free. Thank you both for the excellent care! Highly recommend this clinic.
