Dr Hall has a great bedside manner. Takes his time to answer questions and is very nice. I’m glad we found him!
I was a new patient with Dr. Hall. I was very pleased with the kindness and courtesy of his staff. His nurse started with a "D" just can't remember her name.... is so very sweet and explained details before he came in the room to do the initial visit. The front desk lady was also very sweet. I will be returning to this office as I was very happy with my service provided. Thank you again Dr Hall for helping me. I have recommended your practice to others and given a 5 star review
Just a bad podiatrist. Got no resolution from my visit and was told incorrect information multiple times. He had the most convoluted ways of explaining absolutely nothing. For example, he tried to suggest that referrals couldn’t be processed through his office and had to go through my PCP, even though he’s (supposed to be) a specialist and I’ve had it done before. I left my visit more confused than when I came in. Simply does not know what he’s talking about, go anywhere else.
Dr. Randall Hall is by far amazing. His staff, his bedside manner and the courtesy that this office has makes me accept there are still good people in the world! His staff went beyond and above to make sure I was taken care of. Would recommend to anybody looking for a podiatrist! Veronica and Danielle are sweet woman and it's a small office with very busy days it seems like. They are amazing and make me feel so comfortable.
Dr. Hall was great. Listened to me and answered all my questions. The staff was very welcoming.
