Wonderful doctor! Extremely intelligent, patient, and fair. I’ve seen him several times over the course of the last few years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Elhalwagi and his staff are truly the best.
Best PCP in Dallas. Dr. E makes it very easy and convenient to have appointments and obtain care. He has been my Primary through 18 surgeries and yes has been extremely attentive.
Had my video video visit with him. He rushed me off the call. Lasted less than 15 mins. He didn’t get a complete medical history. Asked ME (not a doctor) what test I wanted ordered for my symptoms… lacks bedside manners and a waste of time and money.
Consummate professional. Concise, fast, inquisitive, and effective. Asks what Patients prefer for antibiotics and listens. Informs when patients are confused about medication interactions and recommendations following. Encourages follow up. Definitely will be returning to him for further care when needed.
Had a virtual visit with him. Let him know that I had strep throat, have had it before and familiar with the symptoms. He was very dismissive, told me that my symptoms were not strep and just a virus that would pass. Told me to treat with ibuprofen and Tylenol. Ended up having a severe case of strep throat and double the antibiotics. He needs to listen to the patient and not be dismissive.
