Very kind and caring, took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Was very efficient.
One star is too generous. I had a virtual visit with him and he is very rude and unprofessional. Like many people have said in their reviews he can be dismissive and you are not heard. Which is exactly how I felt. He can be very condescending as well. Would not recommend even if you’re in a pinch.
I recently had a televisit with Raul Elhalwago, and it was a very disappointing experience. From the start of the appointment, he seemed completely disengaged. I felt like I was talking to myself most of the time, as he gave very short, minimal responses and didn’t make any effort to ask follow-up questions or show interest in my concerns. I had my first video appt with Dr E. I thought he was good, easy to talk or ask questions. In person in probably best but my lifestyle doesn’t always allow in person so it works. Have a follow up soon and hope for a good visit .
