I hate leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Over the course of nearly a year, I repeatedly brought up the same painful issue in my mouth that never resolved. I was prescribed medication that was ineffective, and after I reported that it wasn’t helping, I still felt my concerns were dismissed rather than investigated further.
