After a poor experience with another dentist, I saw Dr. Padilla and that was the day my life changed for the better. I needed full mouth implants and he was able to do all of the work onsite and gave realistic timelines that I could live with and very reasonable pricing. I walked out of there immediately with temporaries that were so amazing that I couldn't believe the finals could be much better, but they absolutely are. I found the staff excellent Deana did my X-rays and answered all my questions. She is thorough and very pleasant to be with. Dr Padilla was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. He takes his time and listens well I felt very comfortable with him Sarah who handles payment options is knowledgeable and pleasant while I figured out my plan. Hi he whole experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dr Padilla
DDS Ramon Padilla claims to be certified by Medicare. He takes your Medicare number leading you to believe that he is going to bill Medicare. In fact Medicare does not pay for routine dental work. The only legal billing to Medicare is under Part A in a hospital when an Oral Surgeon performs surgery for reconstruction from an accident or a disease like cancer. If Dentist Padilla ever did bill Medicare he would be prosecuted for Medicare Fraud and face fines and incarceration. Dentist Ramon Padilla is not an Oral Surgeon. Can ... read more
I had the worst dental experience of my life with Dr. Padilla. It appears he has changed the name of his dental practice but it is the same company. I received bad advice and dentures so bulky and poorly made that 3 different dentists appalled.
dr Ramon padilla destist,is very profesional helpufull to his pateintes, Make you very relax and good, taking care,like family!!!!! HE staffers are very friendly and all of them gone beyond you expectition. God bleess you all. I recomend dr padiila to all my friends.
Dr. Padilla is the smartest and most skilled DDS, I have ever been to. His skills are beyond reproach. From extractions, root canals to implants and crowns. Doctor is a licensed anesthesiologist. I had my teeth extracted, implanted and left for home with a temporary plate. All in one day. Lilly handles all insurance issues. She has worked with me so I could recoup a great deal of the expense. MariaElena and Elizabeth treat me like family and made sure I was okay. I can now smile again!
Dr. Padilla is never able to speak. An appointment has to be scheduled for any questions. He does not value patient’s concern & will totally blow you off. My experience was very uncomfortable. Thousands of dollars was spent here and I regret it big time.
Dr. Padilla cares more about the payment than the patient. You will get charged the max for any service received. Run! The same service could be provided elsewhere. The doctor only spends about 5 mins with a patient. The rest of the time you are receiving care from an assistant who hardly speaks/understand english. Staff for the most part is friendly, but lose patience easily.
