I have been with the practice for approximately two and a half years. Customer Service via the front desk is very accommodating, and the email and text message communication is of great assistance. They keep a tight schedule, with little waiting. They offer a thorough and professional service.
Both dentist, husband and wife, are excellent. They are professional and knowledgeable and use the newest dental technology. The office staff is friendly, helpful and experienced.
First off I have implants . I was conned into getting their insurance for $500. I have implants I don't get fillings crowns etc. I was told I would get cleanings well cleaning for implants is removing them and cleaning the mouth. When I went for my cleaning the women said you can remove your dentures, I told her I have implants she said to wait, left the room. When she returned she cleaned as if I had teeth. Went in for my regular scheduled cleanning. My cleanning was amazing; my teeth felt so clean when I left the office. I have very sensitive teeth and they always do I great job in cleanning my teeth with minimal discomfort. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Great place! Plan to return for all my dental needs.
We recently moved to Las Cruces from the Northeastern United States. This is an excellent practice! Dr. Ortiz is outstanding . Wait times are near zero, and the practice is very high tech.
Needed two crowns. Dr. Ortiz did both the same day. I'm very happy with the results.
Dr Ortiz & the hygienists are highly professional & trustworthy. They understand our concerns & make us feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found a great dentist in Las Cruces.
