Staff is rude.i will take this down once they correct their errors.Blaming the patient is very un professional with the staff.i have an urgent health issues that need attention right away. Continuously punches MY number into their call forward. I'm seriously tired of receiving appt requests.
Office staff is extremely rude. I asked to verify an appointment and the lady told me no because I mentioned a different doctors name. Kindness goes a long way and the staff needs to be trained on how to be courteous and professional. I can’t imagine being a patient here.
