Dr. Ralph's does superb work! They are professional, honest, expertly competent and highly customer oriented. They respect the customer's time and adhere to the schedule they give you. There is no stringing along like what I experienced with a previous collision shop. Their shop is attractive and shows a level of organization present in a well run business. They have a good relationship with the rental car agency in the area. I was bowled over when I saw the BEAUTIFUL job they did on my car!! I am still smiling!!!
