Look, after reading some of the ignorant and nasty comments below, I can't help but to interject some of my honest opinions regarding to the matter. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. I absolutely love Dr. Bozza and his staff at the Smile Center. They are always so friendly and polite to me while I am there. I had a filling done there the other day and I loved the fact that he didn't have to numb me. I hate the needle and the way the numbing lasts for hours after so I was very impressed at how gentle he was while he was drilling. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I did not get an invoice to let me know what they done, so I have no idea what they are charging my insurance for I will have to wait and see if I ever get one. They definitely should have gotten it to me quicker. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I took my son here for his first-ever dentist appointment and they acted like they couldn't understand why he was scared (he's only 3). They were a little too argumentative. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say, but they did lecture me on my son being too attached to me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Please be careful if you choose this dentist and get a second opinion if you feel at all unsure of their diagnosis. Went here for three years, then a few months ago had a filling done on a tooth that was very sensitive to cold and liquid. Filling was done super fast without any mention of a problem. About a month later, tooth was still sensitive and also had periodic throbbing in jaw on that side.
