Great bedside manners. Very patient, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything! I felt very comfortable with Dr Godsey. He explains all risk and benefits associated with all treatment options. He doesn't push anything on you or rush you through decision making. The entire staff was really kind.
I have been looking for a new obgyn since moving to Charlotte, after an unpleasant experience with another doctor, I read some reviews and found Dr. Godsey. He is very attentive, caring and personable. He actually speaks to you and asks for your feelings and history, not just going through the motions and dismissing your concerns. I am very glad to have found him. I would recommend him after only one appointment with him.
Dr. Godsey is heaven sent. I went to see him after several trips to the emergency room and several different OB doctors. Nobody was able to help me, in fact I was misdiagnosed a few times. I found Godsey online so I booked my appointment. Mr.Godsey took his time with me, he reviewed my complete medical history. During my exam he knew right were to touch. I have never done a review on a doctor until now and hopefully this is a good place to list it. I will start with what brought me to Dr. Godsey which is a 2 month long horrible pain in my pelvis. I had seen 3 different doctors, 7 different times ... and nobody took my pain seriously or really listened to me. iI am 23 years old, one sexual partner, no STDs and not pregnant... but was having the weirdest and worst pain ever.
