Went to Viera Hospital with person I was caring for. He was sick with mono AND had chronic diarrhea (15x per day), so he was very dehydrated. He had a very high fever-103+. His throat was terribly sore, so he couldn’t drink. The hospital gave him fluids, and, at his request, tested his stool. He had had an appendectomy a month earlier and suspected that the issue was CDiff, a deadly bug contracted thru use if antibiotics.
