Dr Naidoo repaired 3 separate tears in my Rt shoulder on June 3, 2021 and by the 2nd week post-op, and 6 PT visits later, I was already way ahead of pts who received similar procedures from other Ortho surgeons. My Physical Therapists are constantly amazed at the superior quality of Dr Naidoo’s work, calling him “a magician.” I can attest to that! Three years ago I was in a very difficult, head on car accident. Following shoulder surgery with Dr. Naidoo and the test of time, I can say he did a brilliant job repairing it and I'm better than ever. I have since recommended him a few times.

Very good doc. He made a surgery for my triceps tendon. Diagnostic and surgery and post surgery were more than perfect For people speaking French ,Josee can help you and doc naidoo is very comprehensive. Very high recommendation. Michel FRAPPIER

Never had the pleasure to meet Dr. Naidoo. His gatekeeper decides who sees him and who doesen't. Here is what happened: Beware of Madison. We are seeing a pain doctor who shared the same office space with R. Naidoo. My doctor asked Madison to come in to set up an appointment with Naidoo. She left us in the office after taking my information, for over 45mins. When I asked for what was happening? Madison rudely told me that her system crashed and she was trying to get it to work and

I actually received a rather involved shoulder surgery in November 2014. On top of that, I could not take pain medication. Dr Naidoo did a tremendous job in both insuring that I had a block for the 1st 3 days after surgery and quickly moving me into rehab (which seemed crazy at first - but am SO thankful for that). My shoulder is stronger than ever and I now am swimming 1+ miles a day and am able to do ALL strokes with no problems. *He was also very funny* Thank you SO much! Rebecca Balko

Dr. Naidoo is THE BEST! I saw FOUR other surgeons and no one could diagnosis me. Within 5 minutes of my visit, Dr. Naidoo did. I am pain-free in both shoulders and back to a VERY active lifestyle. Yes, you may wait to see him, but, it is worth it. His office staff isn't the absolute best, however, HE IS! Remember, the office staff isn't operating on you. He is also very involved in making sure you complete your PT, progress timely and have the best care.

Knee injury here. From day 1 Dr. Naidoo and his staff (Karen, Gifford, Madison, Sara) have been excellent. They are a fantastic team that are professional, prompt and go the extra mile for their patients. As an ICU nurse I know the ins and outs of healthcare and can honestly they have my highest regard and respect. Their practice has top of the line care and I am so happy I found them!!

I consulted 3 orthopedic surgeons about pain in my left shoulder. Dr. Naidoo was not consistent with the other 2. He recommended surgery, while the other two did not. I strongly suggest getting second or even third opinions until achieving majority or, even better, unanimity with regard to surgery recommendation.
