After my primary care physician referred me for an URGENT visit to the pulmonologist, I was able to make an appointment in this office for the next day. Unfortunately, the office incorrectly recorded the appointment time and I wasn’t able to see the doctor. They informed me that the next available appointment was over four months away. I reminded them this was an urgent visit request from my PCP. This was met with attitude and the comment that December was the next available appointment. Beware.
