Drs are great office staff is great if you can get in touch with someone. Continually have to leave message and most time do not get call back.been this way for years. At least they dont leave you on hold for hour and then disconnect like it used to be. But it is impossible to get someone on the phone, even to make apt, need more staff,also website says open till 5 but you get answering service after 4. So you can’t follow up if they are going to respond to or even received your inquiry at 830 in the morning.

❗️WARNING❗️Horrible office staff! For several days I called the office to schedule an appointment, sometimes it went straight to voicemail. If you leave a voicemail they don’t return calls. If they answer they put you on hold. I was put on hold 3 different times 1st time I was on hold for 11 minutes, 2nd time 14min, 3rd time 22 minutes. The last time I called and was waiting for 22min. For me, for the past several years, Dr. Vellody as provided excellent care as primary care physician. He explains very well and has always provided sufficient time and outstanding medical expertise.
