I had RTKR in Sept.24 and LTKR in Dec.24. The experience with Dr. Raj Shani and his staff was outstanding. I highly recommend the Mako Robotic process as I experienced minimal pain. In the followup appointments Terri Bowden, NP was a great help throughout the entire process. I had an appointment with Dr Raj Shani on July 28 2025 at his 950 Corbindale office as a new patient to treat severe pain in my right shoulder. I got a call from his office on 7/24 in the morning to let me know he does not see patients older than 60 years of age and cancelled my appointment. This is clearly a case of age discrimination. He is only seeing probably younger patients so that he can make more money by operating them for their condition. This is pure greed plain and simple. Terrible bedside manners along with the assistant.
Tore my bicep on Tuesday saw Dr. Raj Shani on Wednesday and had it repaired on Thursday. Less than 48 hours from the injury and it is perfect! Highly recommended!
