The admission process, although "screened" is not private. They ran like clockwork, which is good because you don't want to be delayed, but you don't get the personalized service feeling as everyone is just in the waiting room being called one by one. Staff is nice.
I am currently seeing Dr. Devarajan for evaluation of symptions of Diverticulosis and Diverticulitis symptions spanning over a year with no relief from other Physicians. Dr. Devarajan is pleasant, understanding, asks questions relating to my issue and shows interest in finding me a diagnosis and relief. I am very confident that Dr. Devarajan will find me relief with his diagnostic testing.
Package sent prior to due date for colonoscopy was very detailed and indicated everything needed to set up appointment. Check-in was quick, process was efficient and doctor and crew were great. Very professional.
After my initial visit, in which he ordered 8 or 9 blood tests, and rook 3 weeks to review the results. His assistant called with the results, which were as follows: "You have cirrhosis" that was the entire conversation. I heard nothing from the doctor.
Had a problem with gall bladder pain. Seen other doctors but fortunately was able to see Dr. Devarajan and he is truly a gifted and caring doctor. He immediately got me in for an endoscopy within a day, and scheduled an appointment with a surgeon the same day. Best doctor around.
Dr Devarajan is an extremely competent doctor. However, they do not schedule well. I arrived at 10:40 as directed because my colonoscopy was scheduled for 11:10. I finally had the procedure at 1:15. I was not told anything about the delay. I was hungry, tired, and anxious waiting for hours. The nurses were not very informative or helpful. The only person who reassured me and spoke with me was Ary-Lex and I am very appreciative of his support because I wanted to get up and leave.
Excellent physician
I was sent to see Dr. Devarajan to remove a very large but difficult polyp to be removed. Dr. Devarajan was the only one who was able to safely remove it. Other doctors did not feel comfortable removing it. If it weren’t for him it would’ve turned into cancer. I would definitely recommend Dr. Devarajan
Highly competent end courteous doctor. I had 3 colonoscopies with him and his team and have been very well treated.
