Went there for intrathecal baclofen pump. Alarm was about to go off due to low meds while I was in an Utah Hospital having emergency surgery. Surgeons were desperately trying to get ahold of Dr. Vogel because it was discovered he used a compounded formula of baclofen even though the compound only had baclofen in it. So the physical rehab team at the hospital could not refill the pump with the baclofen medication that is used across all hospitals, etc. No one could answer why a compounded version was used if no pain meds went... read more
My wife has had 9 back surgeries, two spinal cord stimulators and a pain pump implant. Over those 30 years, she was NEVER below a level 5 pain. Hovering mostly at an 8. Not until 12 months ago, when we met Dr Vogel did her life change. After several surgeries (for the pain pump) my wife is at a pain level 2. Goldy, in the front office, went above and beyond to make sure I received the forms I needed. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help made the entire process so much easier. I truly appreciate her going out of her way to assist me! I love this doctor and his staff.
Just read the comments. There are no words to describe the wait time and the employees without being rude. Complete joke, we are actively trying to find a new pain management dr.
