I am writing this review from both my experience and that of my support person (my hubby). Dr. Surjit Rai is exceptional! He is one of the most compassionate and thorough doctors I’ve ever met. Dr. Rai spent nearly 90 minutes with me and my husband explaining every detail of my implant‑removal options — no rush, no pressure, and no consultation fee. Dr. Rai was extremely thorough and comforting throughout. The entire staff was amazing and made the whole process easy.
After having implants for nearly 38 years I started having issues. MRI and ultrasound showed contracture and rupture. I did a lot of research and realized the en bloc method of surgical removal would be the best option for me. To say I was stressed about this would be an understatement.
