Excellent surgeon who is kind and caring. He performed breast reconstruction after a bi-lateral nipple-sparing mastectomy. If you just found out you have cancer, let me first say I'm sorry. It's tough. Be strong. You are in good hand with Dr Nazerali. I had expanders placed during my nipple saving mastectomy to later be replaced with silicone implants and fat grafting in the hollows above the implant. He never stopped until I was happy. I am so happy and very grateful to Dr Nazerali.
I was very pleased with the surgery results from Dr. Nazerali. He explained everything well and made me feel at ease with each step of the surgery, before and after. Very competent.
I am righting a review for the wonderful Professor Dr. Rahim Nazerali. When they took off the bandages, I could not believe how great of a job that was done. I still look in the mirror and can't believe what I look like. And the staff at his office, and at the Hospital were fabulous. The wonderful nurses , interns , student all treated me like family. I meet Doctor Nazerali and with a simple, let me see what I can do for you Martha. My life was changed. His willingness to dive in and look at various possibilities and scenarios is what makes him the best. The removal of my pubic bone almost 25 years ago and a mesh that was installed to hold my internal organs up, turn to be detrimental to my health. Thanks to Doctor Nazerali and other wonderful Stanford Doctors I have a new Bio-mesh. Many blessings to him for all his help.
I am a 3 time cancer survivor and became acquainted with Dr. Nazerali following a recent breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. Nazerali provided an honest recommendation for my reconstruction and was great about addressing my concerns. He always made my comfort a priority. He is highly skilled and has a great personality too! The outcome of my reconstruction has turned out better than I could have anticipated! I highly recommend Dr. Nazerali to any woman in need of reconstruction after mastectomy.
Highest praise for Dr. Nazerali. I did careful research to id a plastic surgeon to repair my breast after three prior reconstructions following my breast cancer and full mastectomy in 2004. I appreciated Dr. Nazerali’s patience in answering all my questions, his honesty helping me explore my options, his clarity re realistic outcomes, his accuracy explaining the details and timeline, his + care team’s kind support all along the way, and most of all, his exceptional skill evident in my outcome!
I had a very difficult reconstructive surgery done a year ago by Dr.Nazerali. Thanks to him and other Stanford doctors and staff, I have my life back. Dr. Nazerali is brilliant, top notch, easy to talk to and compassionate. I highly recommend his services!
I'm not one to usually write reviews, which is ironic because I read them religiously; however, given my medical experiences this past year, I was moved to do it for Dr. Nazareli. From my initial breast cancer diagnosis through a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction process, he and his South Bay assistant, Vita, were my rocks. He was always attentive, concerned, professional and encouraging. He patiently answered all of my questions, never rushing me & I am extremely happy with my results.
Dr. Nazerali performed my breast reduction surgery. Approachable and extremely easy to talk to, he listened and answered all my concerns even when I didn't have "the right language," mumbling through some of my questions. He reviewed a brochure with me and encouraged me to go online and educate myself. On my 2nd Consultation, I brought in a picture to help me ask questions about the outcome. Dr. Nazerali used it to help me understand the parameters and clarify my own motivations. I am grateful.
