Best Ophthalmologist ever- the staff, the nurses , the scheduler and the surgeon - it’s like a dream team 🥰so very grateful
I came at my appointment time and had to wait 60 minutes with 6 people before me. But it seems a very good doctor
Excellent, wonderful doctor. Brought both my parents here. Very thorough and professional. My mom has some cognitive issues but he was so patient and caring with her and made her feel completely at ease. Highly recommend Dr Sastry!
Dr. Sastry: 5 stars Front desk : 0 stars (I’ll give them a -1 if that was an option) They need better receptionists. They are the absolute worst. I called them number of times to check on my payment made on 2022 since the balance did not reflect on my card (though I gave them my card information twice). I received a call in 2023 from collections but the call was extremely suspicious, hence I called the doctors office and the receptionist confirmed they received the balance and I have $0 due.
