I have been a patient of Dr. Fernandez at the Miami Shores office for 7 years. During this time he’s been attentive and thorough in the way he explains my situation. His expertise, quiet and thorough manner makes one feel at ease even at scary times. He’s also prompt in addressing questions on MyChart. I feel that I can count on him for a clear and honest answer. The office staff is also caring and efficient.
Instead of reaching out to me with common decency to find out what was going on with me, this incompetent coward decided to call the police to my home after he refused to give me medical clearance for a life-saving treatment. I had been going back and forth with him for close to a year to get medical clearance, and my health had been declining.
Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable, the staff is also super professional and friendly
