Staff extremely helpful and caring. Dr. Pinero and Dr. Smith spend time talking to me and listening which is important. I am VERY happy with the service they provide.
I'm not very happy with Dr. Pinero, and neither is my spouse. On the plus side, his office is fully computerized, including all medical records. On average, his staff is friendly. However, the doctor never really made that "feel-good" connection with me or my spouse. The doctor also has a habit of referring to specialists way too often without having any colleagues to refer patients to, which only increased our frustrations. He is a very caring person and Doctor. Takes time to listen to all your problems (medical) and will give you great advice and treatment. Really great Doctor!!!!
