First of all...there are a lot of kids (employees) chatting and Drinking cold coffee..I really wonder if they know what they are doing...doesn't look like a dr's office more like a place for kids to hang out... 2nd I got a lab order to go there...I went there this morning waited more than 1 hour just to hear quest doesn't accept my insurance...what do we pay insurance?...right...to be able to use it...not a courtesy to let me know when I got there that quest doest take my insurance or I have another option to go to lab corp.... read more
Took my daughter to see the new Dr at the office waited an hour in one of the rooms only to have some one come in and tell me she went to lunch... by the looks of things it happens very often maybe they should only see patients up in till 12 and start again at 3 instead of being unprofessional and have patients waiting..... I would understand if it was really packed but there was only 2 people ahead of me I know for a fact they just forgot about us..its kind of childish to get 2 different stories from the staff on why we did... read more
My appointment was at 1:15pm an the front desk advised me that the Dr. went to eat and the front seat told me that they overbooked. This is wrong and unethical playing with people's time. — feeling frustrated.
